Application:

      Double Stage Efficient Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier to be used for treatment to new oil, imported oil and Ultra High Voltage transformer oil, particularly applicable to 110KV  above power distribution system and the national grid, shorten the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer. 

Feature:

    1. Based on the high efficient vacuum oil purifier, Roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added, which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5Pa.

   2. Being able to remove water and gas fast and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status,drying the insulating oil very well, improve the breakdown voltage up to 70 KV quickly. Have a big improvement on the one time purification result,reduce the dangerous of oil aging caused by repeat heating on the ordinary oil purifier. 

    3.Being able to remove the trace moisture and various gas in the oil rapidly,  ensure zero acetylene existence in the oil. ZYD double stage transformer oil purifier has vacuum oil filling and vacuum drying function.
